NASHVILLE, TN.....November 23rd marked the first anniversary of the first Project U.S. collection!  We added approximately another 1/2 ton of morale items to our total collection to date. That means more than 25 tons of morale items have been collected and sent to our troops and their families over the past year.  Included along with that  are more than 6,000 notes and cards of appreciation.

We sincerely appreciate Wal-Mart for allowing us to set up outside their store and for all the volunteer spirit from WSM AM 650!  Also, this was the first time FEDEX got involved and we also give them a big salute!

Boy Scout Troop 624 from Nashville was there in force collecting items for our soldiers and many thanks go out to them as well as to Eagle Scout candidate Jonathan Pollard.

The local Civil Air Patrol's 185th Squadron and the USAF's 332 Recruiting Squadron helped once again and we are greatful to them as well.

A newcomer to our list of helpers was La Vie Salon of 2003 Old Hickory Blvd. (615) 847-3323.  La Vie fed us lunch and we all appreciate that very much.

Also we are greatful to Credo, LLC for donating 100% of the profits from the sale of their logo shirts (See below) to Project U.S.  during this collection and for their ongoing 10% donation afterwards.

There are thousands of patriotic Americans who keep this going and we thank you all.
